How do Aroma360 scent diffusers work?
Our diffusers use Cold-Air Diffusion technology to break down concentrated essential oils into a dry, microscopic mist. This ensures a consistent scent without the use of heat or water, preserving the therapeutic properties of the oils.
Where can I install my HVAC scenting system?
The HVAC unit connects directly to your home's ventilation system. It is typically installed in the mechanical room near the air handler, allowing the scent to be distributed evenly through every air vent in your home.
Are your fragrance oils safe for pets and children?
Yes, our scents are IFRA compliant and formulated to be safe for pets, children, and furniture when used as directed. They are free from harmful chemicals, parabens, and synthetic additives.
What is your return policy for diffusers and oils?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to the nature of our fragrance oils, opened bottles cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Diffusers must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How long does a standard bottle of oil last?
On average, a 500mL bottle of oil lasts between 1 to 3 months depending on your scent intensity settings and the daily run time of your diffuser.
